"Tired of dealing with the same issue again"
I’m fed up with Park Cameras customer service. I had the same issue come up again and it felt like I was just being passed from one person to another with no one really taking ownership. Replies were slow, and when I did hear back, it didn’t feel like anything was actually being sorted. Maybe they’re fine when an order goes smoothly, but as soon as there’s a problem, it becomes really frustrating.

"Felt silly for assuming the price was fair"
I ordered from Park Cameras after looking around a bit, and at the time I thought I was making a decent choice. though, the price felt higher than it should’ve been for what I got, and now I feel a bit stupid for trusting that it was a fair deal.
Delivery was fine and the camera bag itself was okay, so it’s not like the whole experience was terrible. But a couple of days later I spotted the exact same bag cheaper somewhere else, which was really annoying.
They’re not the worst shop by any means, but value-wise I wasn’t impressed. I’d only consider using them again if there was a proper discount, because I don’t really want to feel like I’ve overpaid again.

"Their “well looked after” used lens was a bit of a joke"
I bought a used lens from Park Cameras and, the condition was nowhere near what they claimed. It was listed like some carefully cared-for gem, but what turned up had marks on it, dust inside, and a zoom ring that felt rough. For the price, I expected much better than this “premium used gear” situation. The return process dragged on a bit too, which didn’t exactly help. I wouldn’t buy used from them again.

"Decent site, but not the easiest to browse"
The site was fine overall, and I did eventually find the camera I was looking for after clicking around a bit. Compared to some other stores I’ve used, the filters were helpful, but a few pages felt slower than they should have.
Checkout worked okay, though it wasn’t the smoothest on my phone. Nothing really went wrong, but I wish it were easier to compare a couple of items side by side and then jump back to where I left off.

"Decent camera, but the slow delivery was frustrating"
I ordered this expecting it to show up quickly, but it ended up taking longer than they said it would. The camera itself is fine and works as expected, so no real complaints there. I was just annoyed by the wait, especially when the only response I got felt like one of those canned apologies that doesn’t actually tell you anything.

I ordered from Park Cameras the communication was spot on. The confirmation came through straight away, and I got updates as the order was processed and sent out, so I never felt like I had to chase anything up.
The delivery details were easy to follow and the tracking worked without any hassle. Just a nice, straightforward experience overall, and I’d happily order from them again.

"Box arrived crushed, hoping they make it right"
The product showed up, but the box was crushed when it got here. Thankfully it wasn’t a total disaster, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or credit for the condition it arrived in.
